UWIN is a collaboration between UW-Eau Claire, UW-River Falls, UW-Stout and Momentum West designed to increase the number of internships in Western Wisconsin. The initiative emphasizes connecting students from Western Wisconsin universities with small and mid-sized organizations to gain professional experience.
Techstart is a collaboration between CVTC (ChippewaValley Technical College), WITC (Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College) Visions Northwest and Momentum West designed to increase the number of internships and apprenticeships in Northwestern Wisconsin. The initiative emphasizes connecting students from Northwestern Wisconsin tech colleges with small and mid-sized organizations to gain professional experience.
Local employers, the City of Menomonie, the Greater Menomonie Development Corporation and the Community Foundation of Dunn County are proud to announce a new down payment assistance program called Home Sweet Menomonie.
