Elk Mound Hill Castle - Elk Mound

While once used as a lookout by the Sioux and Chippewa Indians, today a two-story tower stands at the top as a memorial to Dunn County’s deceased rural mail carriers. The tower offers a panoramic view of the surrounding prairies and hills, and is located only a short drive from downtown Elk Mound.
